Handicapped plackards are being traded on e-bay. They are also being traded on Craigslist.

Kentucky Lincess Plate, # 340 EXJ. On the rear view mirror there was hanging a perment handicapped plackard from Massachusetts. This was on a Silver Honda CR-V 4 wheel drive viechle. I went into the Brockton, Massachusetts Police station this morning. I couldn't park in the HANDICAPPED SPACESS in front of the POLICE STATION BECAUSE THEY WERE TAKEN. Massachusetts Regestry of motor viechles officer, told me that the perment plackards that were given out in the 1980's have expired in 2005 by law. The reason that this was changed is that most of the people who were issued theese plackards have passed away. There are thousands of theese plackards out there being used fraudently. I came out of the post office yesterday and had a post it on my window. The interesting fact is I had two elderly ladies in my car. One 87 with arthritis and the other 75 recovering from 4 brain surgeries. Before you judge , remember not all disablities can be seen !!! AGAIN NOT ALL ARE VISABLE !!! I am young , petite, and look 100% healthy. But I am not.
