Comments: 0 We met with the San Francisco DMV Investigators today!

Lafayette, CAHey everyone,
I have received many questions about "who is looking", and "what is happening" with our posts? I'll admit it's not a fast process to assist and improve a government system that's been overburdened and difficult to enforce for so many years. But I am happy to say that the police at the San Francisco Investigative Team of DMV are taking notice, (...) View more -
Comments: 0 Question for Dr. Russell and Ticket Queen

medford, ORThis post is actually two questions: one for Dr. Russell, and one for Ticket Queen. While they may seem unrelated, I see a connection between them.
Dr. Russell, in reading several of your posts, you lay out a scenario where a reasonable person (RP), intent on causing a measure of justice to be visited upon a Handicapped Space violator, takes note of and passes on to local authorities the (...) View more -
Comments: 0 WAL-MART BEST HEALTH CARE IN USA

Kodak, TNIt's amazing how many people I see using the handicapped parking slots at their local Wal-Mart that once they are inside the store all health problems seem to dissappear. This especially true on the Friday after Thanksgiven when the christmas shopping starts. Handicappers who have to park at the front door cause they can't walk, breath or whatever, can manage to run thru all 200 (...) View more

Comments: 0 Post-its vs. Personal Confrontation

Roger Russell, Ph.D.
Claremont, CAThis web site does not support personal confrontation. In it's place, it offers post-its that can be put on the vehicle. It seems to me this is NOT something to be done when the person parking is present. It would entirely defeat the purpose of the post-it to put it on the vehicle while the person was there. In that case, might as well just tell the person aloud. But that's not (...) View more

sebastian, FLIn the past couple of weeks I have been confronted about my disability not asked.
I currently have a handicapped plate and have had to apply for it 3 times in 2 different states. I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy which was progressing at an alarming rate until I finally decided my life was worth more than my career & I learned to control my activity level to some degree. I do (...) View more -

Painesville, OKMy husband has a disability and has legal use of the handicapped placard prescribed by his doctor but unless its a day when he walks with trouble he usually appears healthy and robust. Not all disabilities are visible! I would not be happy to have our use of the handicapped parking space questioned. We are honest people who observe all laws. It would be embarrassing for him to have to explain to (...) View more
