A black couple, both approximately in their early 30's, and dressed like they were going out dancing at a club, got out of the vehicle and walked into the store. They had a smug look on their face when they saw people staring at them parking. Could not see the placard as it was mixed up with a bunch of other ornaments dangling from the rearview mirror. This should be looked into as the couple both moved appearing to not have any ailments. 14372 view

They where able-bodied woman that took a HC parking spot, That did not need it. view

No signs of any disabilities what so ever. Showed no signs or problems walking or running with books and a backpack. view

She got out and rummaged around a bit in the back of the Van bending over to collect children's trash & then hopped out and "sprinted/jogged" into a Burger King. When I stated "Must be feeling well today" she asked what I meant by that to which I asked her ailment. She stated that she has a "Neurological" problem which by this point I translated into her being "crazy" because she certainly did not move like she had a view

If there is a need (which it sounds like there is) having those spots makes good sense. Just make the no overnight pakirng go away for a while until a more permanent solution can be found. It sounds like the city and the Ryan House management both dropped the ball on this, which makes the people with the need pay for their poor planning. view
