I can't believe some people are willing to break the law just in an effort to park in front of their door. view

A single handicap parking space WAS designated by a plack on the building and paint on the asphalt. We won't see the asphalt again til April and the plack has been 90% torn down for weeks so the spot is basically not designated anymore. In four visits over the last 2 weeks the cars parked there have not been identified as handicaped. Parking is always a premium in this lot and even more so with all of the snow fall. I would hope that the employees aren't abusing this situation as it is nex to their parking area. While on the subject there are many more spaces closer to the main entrance. Perhaps the back door is more wheelchair accessable? view
