If this were true, he wouldn't be able to jog, work out, carry heavy things for the pta or DRIVE. He parks there when there are a lot of people on crutches and real handicap people who are in wheelchairs. They end up parking across the parking lot because this man is taking up the parking spaces meant for handicap people. I have family members who are actually handicap (blind and can't walk) and they can't get handicap plates. This man does evrything that those people can't and gets the handicap plates.
