12/12/09 8:00a temeculaCA11sounds like a lot of handi-police out there. I myself is H/C in Temecula,ca..In each state there are different set of illneses to get a parking plakard. If they have a vaild card great. If not the calif tickets are around $2000. they get caught.. view
