08/31/10 1:00p anyNE000000000000000000Some logic is scary. Might only use the HC when its the only one avail, but a reg at times considerate of more disabled. I can park in f1st 10-12 spots so I can make it to the store/cart to hold I only use the HC spot if no avail spot in the1st 12 view
