Comments:: The car had a partially obscured blue placard on the dashboard. The driver and several passengers stood next to the car in a restaurant parking lot holding conversation for more than half an hour. Everyone stood on their own, without leaning on anything, and nobody appeared to have trouble standing for this period of time. The car was parked in a handicap space, and all four handicap spaces in the lot were occupied. The car is a new luxury car, and was parked diagonally in the space, which is common for individuals who are trying to prevent damage to their car from the doors of cars parked in adjacent spaces. Neither the driver nor any of the passengers displayed any apparent mobility-related disability.
