Comments:: this able bodied family parks in any of the handicap spots within our complex without a plaq. we have even witnessed them parking there when there are open regular parking spots down the row 8-10 spots. we have left notes and have asked the management to do something about it and nothing!! They continue to park in the handicap spots. When they park in the spots next to the handicap spots, they alwasy park 1/2 on the blue lines as well.
