Comments:: This is a young lady, about 17, who amitted to parking in the first place she found, with other parking just a couple of feet away. I confronted her in the Shell Gas Station, she asked if I was a cop, I replied "I can be real quick." I just looked at this girl who had no appreciation for people who are crippled.
