Comments:: This man is clearly not handicapped since the spot he parks in is a good 80 to 95 yards further from his front door... He seems to do this every time the weather is bad just so he can have a spot in the lot... Meanwhile, the people who truly need the spot especially in the bad weather have to suffer and park in a spot that is much harder for them to get around in.. This man has also been seen running thru the parking lot.. Clearly not the habits of a handicapped person.
