Comments:: As my wife and I were entering our vehicle we saw a young couple whip into a handicap parking space in front of us. A young couple (30's?) got out with two young children and the driver (female) was carrying one of the children who was probably 3 or 4 years old. They were obviously in excellent physical shape. I'm in my 60's and was born with a physical issue and DO NOT have a sticker and am infuriated with those who abuse these laws.
