This was a younger male with 2 other males in a Subaru Legacy. I did not get the license #. I was in the cross walk and he did not stop and came within 2 feet of my wife and I. He pulled into the handicap stall and then hung up the sticker on rear view mirror. None of the three male showed any sign of handicap.
