Comments:: European maybe polish woman driving a Ford Edge, she had brown hair around 160 lbs and looked to be in her late 40s early 50s. This person had no noticeable disabilities whatsoever and moved quicker than I did. When I told her that I was going to report her inside the store she acted like she didn't understand me even though she was speaking English to the counter person.
