The persons using this Handicapped placard are the owners of J.R.B. COLLECTION, a wholesale/retail clothing business in Downtown Los Angeles. That being said, they abuse the privileges of free parking everyday of the week instead of paying monthly parking which is available all over downtown LA. Both Father (60yrs) and Son (40yrs) abuse this privilege daily at the expense of all citizens of the state of California. What a shame the are to the great Persian Community of Los Angeles.
