Comments:: Young woman with short dark hair and work-out attire along with man with multiple tatoos jumped out of this vehicle after parking in a handicap spot up front. The parking lot was very busy leaving other legitimate handicapped patrons to park in the back of the lot. These people were not handicap and actually joked about getting a prime spot. I saw them walking around without any difficulty in the store.
