Comments:
Grey Mercedez. Everett Building parking garage. Driver is Monique Kelly. She works at Extended Stay Hotels. I believe the placard is for a family member. However every day at work she uses it to park in a handicap parking space. Everyday. I believe the misuse of the tag is wrong and she should not be using it when not with a person who is handicapped.
