Comments:: man who is a Certified Public Accountant driving a leased white BMW parks in handicapped spot at the 24 Hour Fitness everyday before he goes in and lifts weights at the gym. Ive also seen him park at other disabled spots around town. He hangs the placard but nobody questions why he has it. He runs, lift weights, does crunches, curls, leg presses and has no physical ailments. From what I've heard, even if you have dry skin, you can get a doctor to give you a placard. He has friends who are physicians. And if the doctor signs off on it, it is on the doctors responsibility. But if the doctor is also a scam artist, then what do we do about that.
