She is constantly standing around her car and smoking cigarettes while talking on a cell phone. Then, still talking on the cell phone, she will walk extremely briskly into the hospital while carrying a large purse and day planner. Today, she was here for over 3 hours, came out still talking on cell phone. I cannot find ANY handicap; I suspect she is here visiting the person in the hospital who is handicapped. view

We saw them return to the car with heavy shopping bags and neither of them were handicapped or having any difficulty walking with the heavy shopping bags. The woman opened the trunk while the man effortlessly put the bags into the trunk. Neither of them appeared to have any difficulty walking, walked normally, and at a normal pace. view

I believe her husband is a doctor and she got the disabled placard that way. Very sad to see this abuse in front of school children. Not a good role-model view

He frequents the gym every Sunday and works out on the treadmill, weights, etc. This past Sunday, I noticed that he hung a handicap placard on his rear view mirror as he was getting ready to leave his car. 05/24/11 0:30p VistaCA38515H5VPD263This person is 5 yrs post hip replacement surgery. Her DR. keeps renewing her permit despite the fact that she bikes up to 20 miles, walks 1+ miles and plays a difficult 18 hole golf course 4-5 times per week. Her renewal is coming up in June. view

His wife is milking workers comp and may have gotten it or it was procured illegally because of the owners connections with EMS. I have personally witnessed the driver of this truck, Paul Pearson, doing various activities. Including company baseball, climbing ladders up to 35 feet off the ground, kneeling, bending, lifting and carrying boxes of paper and other supplies. If you are a legitimate organization that cares you will look into Paul Pearson FRAUD. I grew up with a Grandmother who was in a wheelchair and NEVER used her placard when she was not with me. Further I recently had extensive knee surgery and damage to both knees and would have never even considered taking away this (only) benefit to those who are less fortunate physically. view

05/25/11 0:15a Manhattan BeachCA606240 A7K98524I don't know if the man that parks/stores his truck here is the holder of the permit, he appears healthy and apparently walks some distance or is driven to where he is using the handicap permit as a 24/7 free storage/parking pass. The parking structure clearly states that no over-night parking with out permission and I have checked and he does not have permission to do so. Do the handicap laws exempt him from the overnight parking regulations thus allowing him to occupy a handicap space for virtually every day of the year except on the rare occaision when he uses the truck. 12751 view
