05/25/11 0:00p Manhattan BeachCA606240 A7K98524I don't know if the man that parks/stores his truck here is the holder of the permit, he appears healthy and apparently walks some distance or is driven to where he is using the handicap permit as a 24/7 free storage/parking pass. The parking structure clearly states that no over-night parking with out permission and I have checked and he does not have permission to do so. Do the handicap laws exempt him from the overnight parking regulations thus allowing him to occupy a handicap space for virtually every day of the year except on the rare occaision when he uses the truck. view

He also appeared to be non-handicapped, as i witnessed him having no visible walking struggles. I attempted to ask him why he parked there but he ignored me and drove away. view

He is taking up a handicapped parking space that those who have an actual placard cannot park in. He does not have a placard. Thank you! view

What burns me is there is only one handicap parking space in front of the apartment building and her regular spot is 4 space over. A neighbor told me its for her husband who has MS, but she drives the car to work and brings it home ever day then parks in the spot. Leaves the next morning and so on. If he is handicap then she should not be parking there every day and using it for her personal use. If she is handicap, she does not look like it, she walks fine and carries heavy items. I have had more then 5 back surgeries, in a lot of pain and I have no where to park. She is abusing this. view
