This means always, not even when you're just running in for a quick meal and there are lots of spaces. You might need a handicapped sticker someday. They guy is not handicapped and swaps this placard with multiple vehices. He takes the space all day long on a daily basis. This is a constant offense that needs to be take care of. Thank you. view
