I said something to the neighbor tonight when her visitor was parking in my grandmothers space without a handicap sign and she refused to move her car. Please help with this issue because an elderly woman SHOULD NOT have to suffer abuse from the neighbors or walk a block to my car because they are in violation of the law. It was too dark out to take a picture of the car. view
