She does have a handicapped parking placard...however, Fraud is suspected b/c driver was warned not to park in resident's personal parking space three days ago. According to DMV website, the process of obtaining a handicapped parking placard takes two weeks; that's after filling out a form requesting a placard, obtaining a doctor's signature, then mailing signed request to Raleigh DMV. Prior to today, there was no mention of medical disability, nor does driver appear disabled. She has no walking device, no oxygen tank, and does not appear winded If she is not disabled, shame on her! 11009 view
