Her father, the doctor there rec'd the handicapped placecard when he broke his hip. he is fine now, has been for a long time. Michele uses this handicapped placecard now to get out of paying parking fees. she parks there at least a few times a week as well as usesa it in other places as well. It's a highlander suv. view
