She was dropped from 60% to 30% due to fraud, so I don’t know how she is even still entitled to a handicap tag. The thing that is upsetting is that I saw three truly disable employees have to park way off in the back today. view

Vehicle was a C200 Kompressor by Mercedes Benz with State Judge license plate. Parked in the only open handicap parking spot at the time. I am very disabled, and I waited and drove around the parking lot for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to exit a spot. Why does a 'State Judge' get special parking privileges in a handicap parking spot? I ended up going home without being able to shop. THAT IS NOT RIGHT! view

11/03/12 4:30p HumbleTXnone visibleCN3 W199Very spry appearing 50ish woman was the driver. Vehicle was a Black Mercedes Benz E 320 Sedan. There was not a front license plate on the vehicle and here, in the state of Texas, by law, you are required to have both a front and back license plate. What makes her sooo special with her vehicle that she can park in a handicap parking space and drive, basically, an illegally improper licensed vehicle. She had parked over the parking space line, so her car had a wide clearance on each side. view
11/07/12 0:15p HumbleTXNoneTexas BL2 Light colored new Ford pickup - Harley Davidson Edition - parked in handicap spot in front of Radio Shack store in the Kroger Shopping Center. Healthy appearing male exited Radio Shack at about 1:45pm. I had been sitting in a motorized shopping cart for 30 mins., waiting for a driver to come to the truck. This vehicle was parked so far into the ramp space that I could not get the cart down the ramp space between my vehicle and his truck. I went to another ramp, drove the cart to my vehicle and put my groceries in the trunk of my vehicle, then sat and waited. I couldn't get my vehicle door open to enter my vehicle. No front license plate - required in Texas - male driver was wearing a Postal Employee uniform. When he did exit the store, I asked if he was going to be leaving anytime soon. He acted as if it was a huge problem for him to move his truck, which he eventually did to an open parking spot nearby in the parking lot. Why do people keep violating this law, while someone like myself has to be burdened with their failure to honor these 'special' parking spaces. view
