As she backed out, she removed her handicap sign from her windshield mirror-- this tells me that it is fake. Otherwise why would she have to remove it? I took a photo of the back of her blue toyota camry as I left the parking lot behind her. view

They switch off driving each other's vehicles and they back into the handicapped spaces so noone will report them. Both work fulltime, and must have a doctor who is complicant in what I consider fraud. The female says she has sleep apnea, but I am not sure it is related to a disability. I am a neighbor, age 68, who lives alone in same building, and have had heart surgery, and continuing mild heart disease. I am afraid of retalitation, so I have not gotten close enough to get placard numbers. They take up the only two spaces for my building. I would like to report this an anonymous person. view

Her placard is always turned so you can't see her number. She is the only one who drives the car and without any passengers. She may be sharing placard with roommate who also does the same yd. work. She is taken away a space a real handicap person needs. I have video of her doing this type of yd. work. view
10/27/12 3:00p greerSCNONEESK723I was getting out of my car at the BILO parking lot and a teenage male got out of his dark green mustang (which he parked in a restricted handicaped space) and ran into the BILO. He had no placard and there was definitely nothing handicapped about him. From what I see in SC the residents are definitely abusing the handicapped space. Example - my neighbor is definitely handicapped. He received 2 placards and gave one to his daughter. There is nothing wrong with her and she used it all the time. He rarely ever rides in her car because he is too over-weight. view
