Person is a middle aged male who walks to his building and uses the steps, not the available elevator. Is also seen during various breaks and lunchtime walking for exercise around the complex. At the end of the day, this person also drives to the onsite gym facility to use the nautilus type machines (Stair stepper, Treadmill, etc.....)and also parks in the designated handicapped spots available at this building. view

I keep seeing these 50 year old lady back into the only handicapped spot next the restaurants entrance. then she walks out and around to the back of the building to where the stairs are that go up to the apartments. she parks there early in the day and the car is in that spot all day, even during the restaurants peak hours. I'm going to send this every time I see that car there during my shift. view
