Everytime the owner of the vehicle goes out on his boat he parks his vehicle in the handicapped space all day. His son is a chiropractor in West Virginia and we think he obtains this placard fraudulantly through him, seems to me if he can go fishing everyday, he certainly doesn't need a handicapped placard. There is a woman with only one leg in our complex and she can't use the space because his vehicle is parked there all day. view

When the owner of this vehicle (Cadillac Escalade) with West Virginia license place goes out on his boat he leaves his vehicle in the handicapped space all day long. If he can go out fishing all day, we're wondering what his handicap is. His son is a chiropractor in WV who has probably issued him this placard. view
