This day it was very busy and it just happened I was having problems breathing-more than usual and I really needed to have closer access. I was having such a hard time breathing that I just bought bread and left. I was so exhausted just buying bread. I told the store manager and she went out a visually saw the same thing. That is all she did, no note or calling the owner of the vehicle to come and move it. If the manager is not taking it seriously neither are the abusers. Unfortunately, this is common place at this store and all over Albuquerque. No one cares or respects each other, let alone persons who have a disability. 13714 view

Walking normally to and from Viet Hoa Supermarket of where the most highest handicapped parking abused place in the city. All these handicapped placard holders mostly bribing doctors for untrue prescription. Federal or State Official needs to look deep about this situation and monitoring these kind of primary doctors with false medical reports for their prescriptions. As far as seen seems no one nor the Handicapped organization or the law enforcements not even could done anything about it and the abusive of the placard is getting worse recently. view
