When we asked him about it he said that he was not handicapped, he just went to the DMV and they gave him a placard because he was a doctor and that you can get anything you want in the United States if you are a Doctor (he is Armenian from Russia). We were very upset to hear this since my husband IS Handicapped and sometimes we have to wait anywhere from 20 - 30 minutes to get a handicapped spot at Downtown Disney. I don't think that it is fair just because he is a doctor that he is granted a placard view

What burns me is there is only one handicap parking space in front of the apartment building and her regular spot is 4 space over. A neighbor told me its for her husband who has MS, but she drives the car to work and brings it home ever day then parks in the spot. Leaves the next morning and so on. If he is handicap then she should not be parking there every day and using it for her personal use. If she is handicap, she does not look like it, she walks fine and carries heavy items. I have had more then 5 back surgeries, in a lot of pain and I have no where to park. She is abusing this. view
