11/11/11 9:00p BOYNTON BEACHFL3075892CEU5558two persons are using the same handicapped placard. i observed a male and a female parking in a handicap spot using the same placard at 2161 w woolbright rd. in boynton beach fl. this is a condominium complex. his parking spot is right next to the handicapped spot. this handicapped spot is for pick up or drop off only. there are three other owner who are wheel chair bound which are picked up for doctors appointment at this spot. the both walks to the pool every day which is about 800 feet away. she has no problem walking at all. i don't know who the placard belong to. thanks view

She stated that she received a way back and still uses it and then chuckled knowing she gets close. My problem is that she ran out of our building, ran down the stairs to her car. This does not seem handicap to me. I maybe wrong if she was given the sticker for an issue, but she joked about it. This infuriated me because I will be getting a sticker for myself and I feel she is taking away a space I could be using. view
