Each morning parking in handicapped spot with plackard, grabs heavy toolbelt and strolls into work. when questioned, was loud and hostile and said he did not have to show any ID or anything to park. He had the plackard and that's all anyone needed to know. Suspect this is not his assigned plackard. view
