She got out and rummaged around a bit in the back of the Van bending over to collect children's trash & then hopped out and "sprinted/jogged" into a Burger King. When I stated "Must be feeling well today" she asked what I meant by that to which I asked her ailment. She stated that she has a "Neurological" problem which by this point I translated into her being "crazy" because she certainly did not move like she had a view

The lost is notoriously full, and instead of parking and walking like everyone else, she pulls into a handicapped spot, places the placard on her mirror, and walks in from there. Woman is abusing her husband's placard, she walks (and sometimes even runs) into the building. 11459 view

She walked briskly around the store for about 10 minuted then while I was trying to read the placard, she zipped away so fast I couldn't get it. She is not disabled, limping or has any trouble getting in and out of car. She actually ran down sidewalk into store. I'm not sure if she is using someone eleses but she is not disabled and is frequently seen using it for free parking or up close parking. view
