A man behind me immediately spoke up that it was his car and I didn't appear to need the spot anyway! He proceeded to tell me he has a mirror tag; I said if that were true he would know what to do with it. He immediately RAN out to his car and hung the tag! view

12/15/11 3:00p BethesdaMD4647882ECC22License Number: S-125-067-014-133. Name: Dimitri Shevchenko. DOB: 04/12/1982. Address: 11111 Troy Rd, Rockville, MD. 20852. Mr. Shevchenko paid an employee named Mendy (I believe the last name is Russo) from the doctors office listed in the placards paperwork to illegally sign off/ commit fraud in order to gain access for Mr. Shevchenko to have multiple handicapped placards for him and his father Valeri Ivantsov (who also is not eligible for handicapped placards). Mr.Shevchenko reported foot injury which if checked with the actual doctor of the office, is untrue. He has been using the placards for at least 3.5 years. view

You would have to know there history. this space would be easy to monitor but I guess they just don't want to. view

12/10/10 8:00a baltimoreMD02002EEw90wife again. this abuse has been repoted to agency that issued permit, but instead of doing something about it, they tell permit holder that he has to be in vehicle. Permit holder then appear about once a month i guess so neighbors can see him. permit holder only obtained space so that wife can park in front of her home. view

There are folks that place chairs out all year long to have parking in front of their residence, but, maybe it should be suggested that they do this instead. No fine, no penalties!!! view

Bet all neighbors on this block (especially those who put chairs and cones out to hold parking spaces in front of their homes) wish they could have this type of accommodation. view

Here she is again (non-disabled wife) returning to park in reserved parking space with permit to do so without the disabled husband. By the way, disabled husband was parking at other locations in another vehicle until late August. The City has known about this for some time with video, however, it continues. view
