01/17/13 11:30a East LansingMIM572CHP 343Driver was a man in his late 20s with blond hair and glasses. I saw him walk past the elevator and down 2 flights of cement steps at a normal pace. The car had a "College of Osteopathic Medicine" sticker. I called the MSU parking office, but they seemed uninterested. I had to coax them to let me give them the license plate number and location of the car. Abuse of placards is common at MSU because the handicapped spaces are free of charge, unlike the regular parking. view
